Hi all

I'm about to pull the trigger on a small router/mill which will be running Mach3

I'm currently using solidcam but I noticed it doesn't have a specific PP for Mach3 (it said to just select Fanuc)

So my questions are does anyone run Mach3 with solidcam?? and are there any issues??

And what is the best CAM package use with Mach??

Mach 3 has nothing to do with your choice of CAM package. People probably use 100 different ones with Mach3.
The best CAM package is the one that you like best.

I always thought that if your cam package doesn't have your specific controller preset that it could produce "unfriendly" code
But il just set it to faunc and test it

I have seen pretty good results with MACH3 using ARTCLIP3D. (ARTCLIP3D | 3D CNC CAD Software for Router - Wood Carving Software - V-Carving - Signmaking)
