How should the machine lubricator be set for an Omni 1325 ATC? Mine seems to be pouring out a considerable amount; in fact it's leaking on the floor. Currently the digital readout says .400
Should the lubricator be on at all times? It seems excessive and I believe will cause problems with the sawdust gumming up the machine.
Does the machine adhere to the spindle RPMS set in the GCode file or do those have to be set through the RichAuto control UI?
Is there a complete manual that is available? The manual provided with the machine is very limited in the information it provides regarding operation.

Nomal setting,Lubricator do lubrication work on Hiwin rail,ball screw every 400 minutes,one times last 1-2 seconds, Customer can setup it according to fact need.Notice: right lubrication oil.
Spindle RPM, You can control spindle RPM by handhold. Pls check Adjust spindle grade parts in the manual.

But to summarize. Hold set for 3 seconds, then adjust the pump time (in seconds) omni suggests 2 seconds, the hold set for 3 seconds, set minutes between pumps to whatever (omni suggests 400min). Note though it will run immediately after setting so if you are fiddling it runs after every time.

To adjust the flow further, adjust the distribution box. If switched to the heaviest motor oil I could find and I might try a 50/50 mix with gear oil if I continue to have issues (my machine is still newish).

You can adjust screw for each part lubrication system.

Notice: Machine will have auto lubrication process every times when you open machine,the second lubrication will after 400 minutes (Customer set it long times,such as 600 minutes)

I can't resist contributing. Yes they should. I asked for a simple schematic and they couldn't give me on. Trial and error got there in the end. Very frustrating for such a simple matter !

Plus my manifold screws are leaking from day one. The seals are very poor indeed and have collapsed on three ports. Omni, can you send me some replacements or tell me the "O" ring size. Don't mind paying. P.s still love my machine. !
