    Okuma Lathe "Turret Unclamp Over Time" Error Alarm

    Hi. We have an Okuma P200L lathe, and the top turret is throwing this "TURRET UNCLAMP OVER TIME" alarm. The maintenance guy said it isn't the switch. Does anybody know what the problem could be?

    Check it's I/O monitor if iTUC and iTUCL are turning on hen you engage turret index if none then check the photosensor or limit switch inside the turret if the dog plate is moving if it is moving when you index probably your limit switch is th problem.
    But if there are no movements try to see hydraulic then check the solenoid look for it on OPERATION AND MAINTENANCe MANUAL
