    Anything similar to Inventor+Woodwork?

    Hello Pro's,
After a long research I felt in love with Autodesk Inventor+Woodwork add-on. Yet it is quite expensive. But all that lovely features are probably worth it.
However, I cannot really afford that at the moment so here I am again for an advice: is there any similar software but bit cheaper? What I mean by similar is: 1. Used friendly usability; 2. automated fastening; 3. automated layout for cnc. I am going to be working with furniture for kids, wooden toys. Materials to be used: plywood, mdf, solid wood.
    Thank You guys in advance..

    Re: Anything similar to Inventor+Woodwork?

    Hi shvo,

I'm having the same doubts, I work in an old school furniture company. Althought we have cnc, we still handle the production information and manufacture in a very experience-based way. I was looking for some software that could speed up furniture budgeting and design and I found Inventor+Woodwork. As a civil engineer, I have experience with Autocad, Revit and RSA from Autodesk, so I kinda have a crush on their products. How expensive is Inventor+Woodwork and which may be a good and cheaper alternative? I've heard about Imos and Microvellum but don't know anyone with experience on this softwares.

    Thank you
