Help please Okuma OSP-200 Safety I/O alarm 758

We have a small number of identical Okuma's

One machine keeps giving me alarm 758 Alarm P Safety I/O 41600040 on bootup
Alarms out during auto mode 758 Alarm P Safety I/O error C2810F0B often, about 10 mins of operation.

We had some coolant contaminated proximity sensor wires. Been replacing them as I find them.

Alarm book does not mention C2810F0B. Not sure how to interpret that error.

41600040 points to Input overcurrent on board 6.

    Any help would be appreciated,

The C is the same as 4
    Your error is 42
The next char refers to the board number in the mfu pack.
Then a 1 to 4 states some safety number
Then 2 x 2 char as the mismatched info.
