Any one that can help me with the D Torso Penguin that's at least 400 mm high for 3mm mdf?

I Have the normal dxf file for the penquin but do not now how to resize it.

I use Fusion360 and would simply import the dxf and use the scale feature should be something similar in most packages.

Hi do you need to redraw all the slots again

If you want to use same thickness board you would need to re do the slots but there is in fusion and usually in most packages an offset command so if 3mm board scaled to 200% then off set sides of slots 1.5mm and it remains centred.
