Fancy OM A control on lead well vmc

    Hello
The mill runs fine with its feed and rapid the first time it's ran .Until you use the overide dial . Then rapid and programed feed rates drop right off to say 30 or 40% even after the override is put back to 100%. This then stays at the lower rate every time the cycle is ran . The only way we correct it is reboot the machine. The feed rate in the program doesn't change.
    Any ideas please?

The override dial is not working correctly?
When you turn it, it changes input bits. These seem to not be turning back on until you cycle power and the bits are changed back to where they are at startup.

That sounds logical. I will workout how to find the bits and if so get a replacement dial. It can't keep acting like this it's not good for setting up when it runs slow after your proved a program.
