Just purchased a Fadal vmc10 and of course I have single phase power so looked into the single phase transformer deal but I just came across this 3 phase motor for cheap so now considering a rotary phase conv. The motor is a Baldor 25hp and my question is since I really only need a 20hp converter can I get one of the pre made panels for 20hp or does the panel need to match the motor/idler I'll be using?

On a second note has anyone installed one of the t812 transformers in a Fadal vmc10/15? I've searched all over and seems like a lot of folks have trouble with the wiring schematics and not one thread has an answer with a proper diagram for wiring they all say the one provided doesn't match the machine or transformer

Here is a pic of the motor and nameplate I would like to use. Is this one that will work
