    Siemens 828D control work offsets

    Hi. 1st post. Work offsets on the mill G54 to G59 work fine. I need 8 work offsets for a job. I have tried to use G507 and above but get an error saying this G code is not recognised.
    I have put G507 in MDI and the XYZ figures change, so the offsets that I have put in are recognised.
    It just wont work in the programme. Any help to resolve this would help. I have spoken with a tech and he can't solve it. Many thanks.

    All sorted......it was down to G291 (ISO code) at prog beginning. Noe offset 507 becomes G54P1 and 508 becomes G545P2 etc. thanks
