Normally on forums the first post is what someone sees first when entering a thread. I have to scroll to the end to see the first post and it makes following the flow of questions very difficult. Do I have a wrong setting? I can't believe it's this way it is Super Sub Standard.

Mine has been that way since I joined the forum. I didn't know of anything different. Haha

Go to your Settings > General Settings > Thread Display Settings.
