I bought a 6040 and it's on the way from Shenzen.
I'm told they work decently, as I did pay $900 for it shipped via DHL, and went for a larger firm as I knew if I paid more I won't get such a craptacular machine.

My first question is how do these bearings fair with wood dust?
Can I buy new bearings easily from China? I don't mind buying new ones, and tossing them out time to time..

Second question. Is there ANY good dustshoe setup for 3d profiling?
I have a 65 MM spindle, do a ton of 3d profiling, and want to do machine containment. My current set of machines use bronze oolite bushings which are dust proof, but I need dust containment for several reasons, and so a solid dust shoe would be awesome if anyone knows of one... I'm lousy at designing anything... or organizing anything to be honest.....
