Okay, I can't seem to clear an E6 alarm from my servo amps. In the process of trying to clear the alarm I double checked all the wiring and have run into some weird stuff. I called Mitsubishi electronics for help and one of the things they told me it's simply not possible.

So, the cable to CN1B is not a solid cable with all 20 pins. It only has nine individual wires that run between the connectors. They are pins:

5 - Servo on
10 - SG
13 - COM
14 - Reset
15 - EMG
16 - forward rotation stroke end
17 - reverse rotation stroke end
18 - Trouble
20 - SG

So 5,10,15,16,17,20 are all connected to each other. 14 is a reset but I can't figure out where 13 & 18 go.

The tech support guy from Mitsubishi insists that 13 and 3 must be bridged together to create the pull up power. The problem with that is that there are only 9 wires in this cable and none of them go to pin number 3. This is the original cable with the original configuration and the machine worked before without there being a bridge between 3 and 13.

I would appreciate any help on this... This is seriously making me crazy!
