I need your help, The machine recently acquire, is year 2000 model 922-1 and lost memory NC and PLC now I need restore, but I dont have backup, I called company Fives Global with Douglas but he tell only want a backup but is a fadal 3020, we restored with this backup but the PLC machine go, run to Stop and Faul (led righ) and show maquine 3020 alarm 2001 PLC
has no started up 120201 communication failed... :drowning:

Some body have a machine same?

After searching the network for something that could help me to setup the machine and restore the memory of NC-PLC with a .ARC file ... I'm still searching for someone to share a backup... I can show how do it trough a video
