Exporting of feed rate and spindle speed?

I used to have a CNC Shark Pro and recently purchased a new machine. Now this is probably a post processor issue but is there somewhere in Vcarve, or CUT 3d for that matter, that you have to specify to export those two pieces of data?

It only shows what seems to be XYZ coordinates. I would appreciate any tips. Thanks.

    Peter...
Are you using a post processor that is intended for your machine? Browse thru the list of available posts when saving toolpaths. There are hundreds, make sure you the proper one for your machine.

yes, it was actually sent to me by the manufacturer. I've got an e-mail off to him as well. He mentioned to check Vcarve for any setting that may have to be tweaked. Funny thing is if I export to CNC Shark, which I used to have, the feed rate is there as F- but nothing for this new machine. IT's strange because this is a more robust professional machine and should be using federate and spindle speed from the software. I think right now it is just cutting at high speed and highest feed rate, which is going to cause problems with some of my machining. I can adjust manually but shouldn't have to. Thanks.

    Peter...
You are correct. Assuming you have a branded machine, then the manufacturer should be able to point you to the proper post or provide one. It is highly unlikely that an OEM would not know the proper post, but in any case you should be able to modify one that is close to get the output that you require.
