Just bought a 6040 2.2kw machine that doesn't connect via Serial or USB, seems the only way is to use the MicroSD card to load in jobs. I can read the card and open GCode files but getting an error when trying to run any of the files. Keeps activating the Reset button. Of cause no documentation was sent with the machine and very limited information googling it. Hoping someone else might have a similar control box and offer their experience?

Don't know if it will help, but I have been looking at those controllers and have read that they are picky when it comes to the microsd card you use. Some apparently don't work. Most of the people selling just the controller on eBay include a compatible sd card with the controller. If you search on eBay for "offline cnc" it will show ads with your controller and you can see the sad card they are supplying.

I have no direct experience with it though. Just what I have read while researching the controllers.

Thanks for your response, Yes I also read about the SD Card problems but I always buy the known brands and am using the Kingston Brand which hasn't had any problems with transferring or reading files so I know its not this Problem.
