hi everyone.Have some probleme to control my cnc spindle whit my geckog540

i use geckog 540 whit gecko540.xml
spindle 4kw
and inverter huanyang hy04d023b
the spindle work great manual
but i wiring inverto to my geckog540 and i try to control whit mach3 and noting have try some
programming setup to my drive 002 at 1 or 0 nothing 0001 at 1 or 0 and nothing have take some picks of my wiring

You can test the VFD output by connecting a 9V battery (or any straight DC voltage that is around 10V) between VFD IN and VFD GND and measure between VFD OUT and VFD GND with a voltmeter. You would then want to toggle the VFD signal in your software and see if you get a voltage change on your voltmeter. If you do, then the fault will lie with your VFD controller. If you do not, you will want to disconnect the DB25 from the G540 and measure the VFD pin on the cable to see if it is outputting any signal. If that is outputting the correct signal then the problem will lie with the G540; if it is not then it is a software setting that is not correct.
