Hi Everyone,

I need this small part machined from 5/64" Brass tubing:



Basically (I think) it would involve clamping a length of tubing in a jig, machining the contour (designed with milling in mind), and cutting off the end to form the final part. Here are the files:

I need 10 pieces to start, with an option to scale up to more that 100 pieces at a time later on if the project is successful. I can supply the tubing or you can, currently the tubing is being sourced from special shapes company.
