Thought I'd ask, c# dialog box, anyone got an example?

What I'm trying to do is create a rotary axis cutoff macro, with the inputs being feedrate, and tube diameter.

Touch off
Fire torch,
Rotate a axis at corrected feedrate (a is set up as a linear axis for sheetcam work, ie steps per revolution)
End cut
Retract

Current version you cannot , Next version you should be able to using C# conventions. Those are some of the improvements to macros coming next version. You may even get Question/Textbox function similar to Mach3.

Thanks Terry, I'll wait patiently .... I can see some useful macros to just be able to do simple stuff like simple cutoffs or squaring off an end on the rotary, or washers / flanges on the XY table, but require a little input from the user.

Guess this may be more wizard than macro territory in Mach3?

Exactly , Wizards will be simple as a macro instead of having to do them as a plugin. (;-) I have plugins, waiting on the new macro stuff to do them as macros. Also MacroWizards are easy to share/use.

Plugins not so much.
