    1006 SP#1 CHUCK UNCLAMP ALARM

    Hi all,
Using a Leadwell T7 with fanuc Oi mate TC control. When the cycle reaches the M00 at the end of the program the machine cycle start button remains lit. Then when the chuck is unclamped to remove the work piece it displays this alarm "1006 SP#1 CHUCK UNCLAMP". It's nothing major as the company I work for have been using the machine longer than I have been here, but we find it quite annoying that you have to hit reset and press the program key before running the next component. Is there anyway I can stop this alarm from appearing by changing a parameter perhaps? If anyone knows then please share some knowledge.
    Thanks

You seem to be actually running the program with the chuck open after the M00

Remove the M00 so the program can finish it's cycle ( executes the M2/M30 code )
    - or... remove part & re-close the chuck

I've tried removing the M00 so that it reads the M2/M30 the alarm is still displayed, even when the chuck is clamped again. Not sure if it's just a leadwell thing as all our other machines don't do this
