    FANUC VMC Rom Parity Error

    I have searched a lot but I have yet to find a comfortable solution. I have a FANUC controlled VMC and recently it is giving the "RAM Parity Error 1". When I restart the machine the machine starts working. The error comes twice or thrice a day and the machine halts. I am attaching 2 screenshots. First shows the error and memory. Second gives the options when I press reset.

    I am calling a local expert for help but I would like to know some insights into this so he can rob me from this. Trust issues..

    This is a FS15A control. First: BACK EVERYTHING UP; NC and PMC PARAMETERS etc., before you lose everything.
