Wanted, cross slide screw and nuts, import 12x36 lathe

I am the proud new owner of an older Enco 12x36 Chinese lathe. I bought it without seeing it run because it has a bad contactor. Then I discover the cross slide screw is worn out in the middle. So I am looking for a screw and the 2 nuts, and hoping a CNC project has left someone with extras.
Of course Enco has discontinued this model.
There are many versions of this lathe from different manufacturers. Grizzly still sells their G4003 (not the updated gunsmith version), 12" x 36" Gear-Head, Cam Lock Spindle, Gap Bed Lathe | Grizzly Industrial
Push come to shove, I could make them, but prefer not to, or I might just bite the bullet and do a CNC conversion, myself.
The two saving graces of this lathe are the 1 1/2" spindle bore and the American made 2hp motor.
    Thanks!

Update: I ordered the lead screw and nut from Grizzly, for their g4003/g4003. The lathes look identical, and some posts lead me to believe they are.

I have an old enco 110-2079 12x36 lathe. Did the G4003 parts match exactly?

Some did. The screw did not. The handle end was different. I had to cut mine and use a piece of threaded rod. The nuts mounted differently as well. I was able to replace the apron gears and half nuts with the Grizzly parts. They will take back anything that you don't use, so you are just out shipping.
