    Weird Mach3 issue

So here is whole story, I just bought a Grizzly lathe with CNC conversion, unit arrived, looks great, hook everything up, and I can get the tool post to move using the keyboard making it jog, however when I use a wizard program, or even a simple input line, the tool post does not respond, yet the DRO on the screen DO act like it is moving. Never seen this one before, help!

When you say the keyboard do you mean the windows keyboard or a dedicated controller keyboard

I mean when using the PC keyboard, arrow up/down & left right keys, tool post movement responds just like it should.

Check your jog % settings. Jogging is typically at much lower velocity . Trying to move a steepr motor at too high rates just causes it to lock . MACH does not know and just keeps feeding it steps. Do a shift-jog and see if it stalls. If it does you need ot tune the motor speed down.
