I have an Okuma & Howa Act 5 CNC lathe and am stuck with a problem with the hydraulics. Yesterday the chuck worked perfectly fine, would open and close but unknown whether the tail body worked. Today while running the tail body would not advance, neither would the tail stock with the foot pedals and the chucks will not open either. I checked and there is hydraulic pressure but nothing is working the requires hydraulics.
Please help as I am losing manufacturing time.

I would check your outputs, and wire connections. That many things that are not working have a common cause.
