Very impressive work there & sleek design, why did you go for a single sided support on the gantry? would you not be safer running rails on both sides?

    Thanks Kerryfisher
on single sided support you can load any sheet size and cut sectors if you have table on the side of machine

I think that looks great. Nice job on it. It should work well too. You may want to consider an air scribe, but I can tell you put a lot of thought into it. It has some nice features.

Just a couple of things to change

    1. Get that shield away from the torch tip. You want quick access to the consumables.
    2. Forget about the cantilever it never works well in the real world. The wobbles on the end are dramatic in thinner metals but that has not stopped many from trying. Make it a dual drive and give it a parking spot youll be much happier in the long run

But it looks like a dream in solidworks! Great Job!
