I run 2 CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. However, I tried simply adding G97 to the end of the program but my mill stops at G97, G99 would be after it but I never make it there. On my other Fanucs I have to turn it on in operators panel. I appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks! I have included a picture of the control panel I hope it helps

I am not sure that a mill would use the g97 command. Perhaps your Fanuc controller is faulting at this point?

Well Roger you are right in the fact that it did not like G97. Any idea on what I could use either in programming or if there is a bit in the parameters that I could use to keep a production count?
