Hi , is it my power supply is broken or laser tube? I have attached a short video.

The machine stopped firing during a job.It still moves but no firing.
The meter on the front panel doesn't move if i hit the test button.

The seller asked me to remove one of the cables form the power supply and hit the the tiny red test button. I did this in the attached video.
The laser still did not fire.There is a green light that lights up on the power supply. There is no movement from the fan
