[Hack]

I need a part made for the mill I am building. I do not have the equipment to make something this large - at least not accurately.

Material to be 1" Aluminum (Part size is 10 x 36)
MIC 6 plate preferred, but machined flat 6061 is sufficient.

Hole location tolerances +/- .005

10" wide material can be bar stock tolerances
ENDS must be square to long sides.

I apologize for not updating everyone. During the quote process, a couple of suggestions to improve the design of the part were given to me that I would like to incorporate prior to awarding this job. I also realized that I was missing 6 holes needed to mount the ball screw. I need to order the ballscrew and mounts to get this information. Thank you to everyone for their time.

FYI, I only officially received a handful of quotes (3) ranging from $600 to $720 plus shipping.
