I have a mazak qt 35 that the x axis will not read where it is at. I have switched the encoders and the servo drive. The problem stays with the axis. Any one have any ideas??

there isn't alarm. i just will run away when i jog x. the encoder doesn't read it. i can go both directions. swapped servo drivers. also swapped the encoders on the ball screw and the motor

i am not sure. i will check monday which controller. i send all the boards and board rack to mitz they check all of them. everything was ok

It's a T2 controller that is on the machine.
