    Deep Engraving

    I need to use the engraving subroutine to cut through 1/4" steel plate to make stencils. I have the basic program running fine, now need to figure out how to increment it down thru the plate. I need to go about .01/pass.
    Is there something I'm missing in the L9201 engraving cycle that will do this?
    Can the L9201 run in G91 mode so I can increment it down by running It multiple times? Maybe put an "Lx" word on the line?
    Run it in a subprogram?

    im sure you can re position in absolute and then return to g91 run in a sub
