    Simple Steel Insert Needed

    Hello,

Im looking for a quote to have the attached spacer machined. Should be a pretty simple lathe part, you can purchase 1" OD x .25" DOM steel tube which is a perfect size. The material just needs a face, chamfer, and part. We were cutting these on a bandsaw and machining them on a manual lathe but its just taking too long.

    Specs:
    Material - Carbon steel
    QTY: 100
    Tolerances - +/- .01
Chamfer size is not critical, just need to break the edge so its not sharp.

Feel free to ask any questions.

    Jim

Now this is .505 id, not sure if thats an issue but this sure is close. May be a little pricey. Most everything on there is quite a bit more expensive than everywhere else. Its even zinc plated!!

    92415A153 at qty (10+) $10.46
