Hi

I am trying to sort out the auto-lubrication system on my Denford Easiturn. The lube pump is set to engage when reset is pressed on Mach 3 and that works fine and its supplying oil to the saddle. However, I am hitting issues getting it to oil the cross slide. There appears to be a series of check valves on the connections complete with filters in them and they seem to be blocking the flow. Anyone got any bright ideas for unblocking them, they are currently sat in WD40. Similarly, I have roded through as many of the oil ways as I can, but the main one that feeds the cross slide and ball screw, won't rod through. I don't know whether that's because there is a sharp turn in it or what, but I have put a wire in from both ends and can not get it to go all the way through. I don't suppose anyone has ever worked out where all the oil ways go? The Denford company forum these days tends to be a bit quiet when looking for answers.

Thanks

Andrew
