Hi all

I have bought a CNC from China, the issues are many, but I'm in a position now where I have fixed most of them.
The problem I need to solve now is configuration without any instructions.

My system
6090 CNC
2.2KW water cooled Spindle
MACH3 USB Controller - Xulifeng USB
86BYG250 4A Stepper motors (NEMA 34's ?) (SOYA Branc
DMA860H Stepper controllers
FULING DZB280B002.2L2DK Inverter

I've fixed a lot, replaced most of the power cabling, to Aust standards,
I have managed to get the unit basically functioning, but not configured I'm hoping someone can share their Mach3 configs if they have similar configs.

The areas I believe I'm lacking knowledge/info is:

Setting the limits
Configuration of the pins & ports
Motor tuning and setup (XYZ & spindle)
I've gone through some movement calibration, but not there yet.
setting the motor home soft limits (where do I get this info from ?)
Setup input signals
Setup output signals

The manufacturer does not respond, no instructions or specifications sent other than what I have determined from testing and looking up the specs.
Any directions or guidance appreciated

There is a Mach set up pdf .I sought of went one Item at a time then looked it up there are a lot of conflicting views out there. wade through it and and you come out the end with a better understanding .You may have someone close to you but Aus is a big place .

The vendor may not be the mfr. Often is not, just a trading house. They have zero knowledge.
Your best bet would be to look for someone who can come on-site. 5 minutes on-site can equal several days by web.
