Just replaced my old RECI 100w Tube with a New one, while replacing and checking the Mirror alignment, I noticed I couldn't see any Burn Mark when pressing Pulse. I placed Tape over the first Mirror next to the Laser Tube and fired ( Pulse ) the tube but at a distance of 5cm away from this Mirror there was very little burn marks on the Masking Tape. Seems that the Laser isn't firing the whole 100watt as normally there would be a Hole through the Tape not just a light burn mark. Anyone have a reason for this lack of power from a New Tube?

Also I have tried to press START on a previously cut file but nothing happens

If everything was conected correctly , there is no burnning mark at the first mirror or a little bit of mark. You have to see if there is any power for your new laser tube.
New producing laser tube is easy to have problem, since it was just tested after storing short time. If some laser tube is not sealed very well, the laser tube leaks gas gradually. The laser tube power will be decreased gradually. People could not found this problem even they test it before sending out.
