Hi,

I have a Wiedemann CENTRUM 2000Q equipped with a FANUC 6m controller.

It's a turret punching machine
I stood still for a couple of years.
Now when I power it up. I can move it on X and Y.
When I push the ZERO SET BUTTON. It returns to it ZERO point, the turret resets to POSITION 21 and the autoindex return to "0".

Normally the ZERO SET led should come on, but it doesn't.... (NO it's not broken) even if I wait for 5min.
When I want to run my program. It says "ZERO NOT SET"

I can repeat the zero set procedure, but nothing seems to happen.

I check the "POS" It says:
X1250
Y1000
T21
C0

Any ideas?
Is the a parameter or setting I can check?

i am confused about IT TOO, but till now no answers, maybe you can try to contact the suppliers from China , they may help you some tech supprt,

we have a c2000 most zero set problem on these machines can be put down to turret scissoring
ie upper turret pulls slightly different way to bottom turret when index pin go in put machine in hand mode then push pin in button a few times watch the turret if it sissors then you must align the turrets because the parameter that tell index tool that the turret is set is pulled out of range when turret pins go in at zero set so it sits and waits some times you can push or pull on the top turret chain when index pins go in when zero setting if you hear a loud hiss of air and the index tool shafts spin you should get a zero set light

you have to chack parameter 73 need to be 350 and diagnostic 802 under 350

Do you know how can i do zero set manaly I have alarm in my display but to take off alarm i need to go to MDI but without zero set I cant reach there

has it a 6m control or a o-p control
you must enable parameter write enable to use mdi with out having a zero set
to do this differs for each control on 6m turn on pwe switch inside control
on o-p create emergencey state then press settings a couple of times to get to para write screen then enable para write
