What type of CNC ? laser, wirecut, mill etc ?

if milling.... guessing at possible leadscrew play...ie leadscrew nut, thrust bearing, joint with axis drive motor
( if your arrow is pointing in the X- direction.......the Y axis is what could be the problem )

Push / pull the table ( use a dial indicator ) to see if you have movement

actually i have the problem on mach3 and nc studio .

Looks as though you may have your X axis Dir signal 'upside down'. Go into Ports&Pins and reverse the active state for that pin.
