Hi Im using NC Studio with a Parallax CNC Router and have had what i believe is a limit switch failure or overrun and the Machine co ordinates are no longer at 0. I know how to reset the Workplace start co ordinates but cannot find any information on resetting the Machine 0 positions.
Is there anybody out there that can steer me in the right direction.
I can still operate the machine but im not confident that its ok to do so.

Also none of the LED lights on the XYZ limit switchs are working ( placed metal object in front and no LED lights up - previously did) what should i be checking as all 3 seem to have no power to them. im suspecting maybe broken wire???

Usually your machine zeros are set by your homing routine. The work or floating zeros are set in reference to the machine zeros. If your limit switches are doubling as your home switches, and they aren't working, then this might be the source of the mismatched coordinates. I think you're on the right track - trace the limit switch circuits and look for loose or broken wires, or any kind of bad connection.

Tracked it back to the Electrical terminals in the Cabinet, not sure if it was a dodgy wire/Terminal on the 5V power feed or the Ground but it fired up the LED's on the 3 Proximity switches. I had to drop the belts off all 4 Stepper motors and drive the Co Ordinates back to 0 but in hind sight i probably didnt have to do that as i recall some of the numbers weren't back to 0 completely but once the switches were activated and i ran back to Mechanical Origin, it reset them to 0.
