What software are you using? Conductor? If the conductor may be that the settings in options is enabled PARK function at the end of the programs.
But if you use the Xilog Plus it is impossible that happens without you have declared some of XN or PARK functions.

    Re: scm tech z5

But your problem is in the Z5 with masetro or Tech99L with Xilog.

In the Maestro exist the option for PARK in the end of program. Verify this option

    OK.
    Do the following test.
Create a new program in Z5 through Xilog.
He only declares XN = -1000, and see if it performs correctly.

Then create a program in Z5 via Maestro and declare XN = -1200 and see if it performs both correctly.

    Re: scm tech z5

So you have no problem in the machine.
Probably you should be saying two different positions or XN + XN or XN + PARK in the program that has the "error."

Which part you did not urdestand?
But you told me you ran the test.

In my last post I did not ask anything.
Just said that your machine has no problem what's problem is your program that probably has two positioning information. Verify your program.

    Re: scm tech z5

You know operate and program this machine?
You did a training with a SCM technician when the machine was installed?
I asked you to do two new programs directly on the machine and test.

I did not say reprogram Xilog.

And you told me it works like this.
With this answer I understand that you ran the two tests.
And then you tell me you did not understand.
After you performed the two testing programs or not?

Again explain the two programs that you must create and run the machine and inform the end result of each.

Create a new program in Z5 through Xilog.
In the first declares XN = -1000, and see if it performs correctly.

In the second program in Z5 in the Maestro and declare XN = -1200 and see if it performs both correctly

We need to have a clearer and more objective communication to I can help you and you be helped.
Because if it does not happen it is hard to help resolve the problem.
But advance ever say that your machine has no problem. And yes the program (s) you did.
