    SL-25 NC will not boot up

    Hello,

    Have a SL-25 that the NC will not power/boot up.
    When the main is thrown on, the fans run, the drives go to stand by.
    Push the NC go button and all of the membrane button led's flash one time, there is a beep, then nothing.
    Power in is good. Swapped out Power Unit with no change.
    Fanuc Series 0-T.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Sounds like you have a short. I'd start by unplugging I/O connections and test. Once you narrow it down to what connector, it's much easier to trace. Normal suspects on a Sl25 would be foot pedals, turret switches/harness and solenoids.
