Can you help my find a good repair company for these types off boards

The problem with these board or its from outside is the problem
We change the board from one machine to next machine before the boards works fine after change in both machines screen the crt is blank and no start off the both machines

can you send them off to Fanuc, they generally service controls back to the 5M family and they do repair the 0 series.

160 per hour around these parts. Sounds like OP is looking for in house PC board bench work. The likelihood of any non OEM having a test bed is slim to none. Look for an used replacement board, maybe E-Bay?

We can test the assembly up to a point; no drives/motors connected here. However, it is very likely that something (a spike?) in the machine is damaging the motherboard, so replacing it with another one won't solve anything.
It's easy to spend a week on site for a problem like that, especially if intermittent. I would have to be paid in advance for time and expenses.

Hello to all
Fanuc to us charges on site no parts involved is 160 euro per oure like 190 us dollars
For the road trip from bulgaria sofia to macedonia in tetovo its round 300 kilometres and chargas 9 our included the time te riturn back to sofia 50euros in total 450euro for the trip plus the 60 euro for one hotel night

These only to diagnose the problem
Or mayby thel fix these only for one machine

And the are companys from ukrain from canada and from us how can repair and test the board

One more thing wat is non oem

In oure machine we hawe the alarm 086 r/p inteface
We hawe treyed cables parametre from 300 to 304 change the baut in pc 4800 and les evrithing
Maybe was some problem in the board we left in the end
In the board witch chip is responsibile
Inone machine the memory it 12 time smaler the the 2 machines
Witch chip its rispinsibile
If we send to repair company can they change these
Fix the dnc problem and the small memory

Our rate is USD100/hour + expenses. The issue is the limited time available before Christmas, so if I were to go, it has to be decided quickly.
