CNC Mill

This is a CNC converted Manual Mill. It is 150kgs
I has Nema 23 Steppers and a Promica Conversion Kit.
It has a 1 Hp head and an ER 32 collet head with a MT3 taper.
Spindle goes to 4500 rpm
Runs Mach 3
It has upgraded bearings from the original
The conversion kit included a Backlash compensation kit
The conversion kit has its own instructions.
I have a replacement belt for the spindle head and some replacement belts for the stepper mechanisums
It runs very well as you can see in the video.
I have cut Mild steel, stainless steel, all non-ferous metals and have done roughing passed with a 16mm end mill with no issue.
Also have small 3" vice to give you along with it that fits the mill.

Price is for mill controller and all elements of conversion kit.
Not included in price is;
the welder in the image (of course)
The 4th Axis, (That is an extra $1000. Which includes the table, the CNC kit and the chuck)
The fog buster. (That is an extra $500)
The computer and screen with Mach 3 installed. (That is an extra $500)

It has been well taken care of and serviced every 20 hours of use.

I am willing to ship it but understand that it will probably be hundreds of dollars. It takes an engine crane to move this mill around.
