    Chuck clamp/unclamp

    Hello,
    I have the machine Okuma OSP500L-G LB9.
Now chuck can not open/close when I foot switch and I try M83 is for chuck clamp, M84 unclamp in MDI mode but it not open/close.
    I check
the input signal of the foot switch on the diagnostic screen it is ok.
I check wire from on the board RU1 to solenoid valve it is ok.
I check 2 wire voltage on the solenoid valve it is signal number 40 is 0V, 41 is 24V and when I foot switch voltage no change
I'm replace new RU1 but it not open/close.
When I try MDI mode command M3S200 it alarm W07.

    Please support for me.
    Thank you.

Can't read the alarm, but it's a spindle drive alarm.

I think underthetire is correct - it appears you have an alarm related to the spindle drive; you will need to resolve that first. Perhaps the alarm is related to the NC thinking the spindle is still turning even if it isn't (not getting the zero speed signal from the drive).

    Hello,
Can you help me setting for the zero speed signal from the drive ?
    Thank you
