I have the Master Desay XY-380P Vinyl cutter. I was using FlexiStarter8 for my software for about 9 years and it worked great. Now the software has been tagged as obsolete so I purchased the FlexiStart12 I-cloud version and have not been able to get my computer to connect to the Vinyl cutting machine.
The OS I was using for Flexi8 was WindowsXP which is nmot compatible with Flexi12 so
I've purchased a new computer which runs Windows 10, had serial ports installed on this computer and also purchased new serial port cord.


Since not being able to get the vinyl cutter to work, I've been trouble shooting with everything. I took my computer in to verify it is all in working order which is all verified as good. I contacted the Flexi support team and they are not able to help either.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go next?

Buy an old Windows XP computer.
