    Spock,

The OEM post processor has worked for those machines for a long time. Are you having issues using the install Format 2 post?

    Sean,

I am trying the one that came with my install Cd (29). This one would need some editing to work. This is a new-to-me control, and I was hoping to get off running parts without having to dive into every little detail that this control needs. Pull up the PP that you are sending out with 29, post some code to peck drill a few holes then get back with me......

    Spock,

    From the Fadal Manual:
    N3 G83 G99 R0+.1 Z-1.2 F10. Q.1 P.02 X-.50 Y-.35

    From BobCAD:
    G83 G98 Z-.7002 R0+.1 Q.25 P.02 F.8342

The two match exactly, just in a slightly different order, and we exclude the X and Y on the first line.

    Sean,

Maybe I have a corrupted post file? Anyway, I grabbed a Fanuc OM post from your library and had it humming in about an hour. I do not have a fresh (non-edited) copy of the Fadal format 2 post here at my shop. I do have it on my other license at home, and I will post you some code and share it with you later.
