Putting machine on a very irregular floor that is not flat

Hi I am moving my Bridgeport miller (regular variable speed miller 10x50 table) and Bridgeport/Romi lathe. The floor is very irregular and not flat. Any advise on putting the miller on a floor like this? I don't want it to rock back and forth it should obviously be stable. I don't mind raising it a couple inches on some kind of riser if that would help. Any input appreciated, I included pictures, thanks

The normal way to do this, would be to shim the machine level in the X and Y axes, then grout it in, with cement or a mortar type mix like below
