Hello,

After second day of using my new K40 Laser cutter, the machine no longer functions.
1) Test switch does not work(does not fire)
2) The machine stop communicating with software (example: does not home when connecting with software)
3) The Amp-meter dial does not change the current
4) The Fan inside the power supply DOES NOT run

The water pump runs fine. The Fan behind the power supply unit runs fine. Laser tube looks fine (looked for cracks, but nothing was observed).

Is this a power supply issue? Does anyone run into the same issue?

Please help.
