Have an problem with uccnc uc400eth home , not reconize the full, lenght .

I put x y z home swtch and when i use them with 200khz the system cut the lenght too quick , i mean if i put 100 on x he goez only 80 ,else if i use system on 400khz all is ok , but i cant move z axys , dm542 ..
X and y are leadshine closed loop and working ok , but z axys not work on 400 khz , not move .
Any help apreciated , maibe i have some bad config .
    Thanks .

As you increase the kernel speed, the pulse width gets shorter, and it may be too short for the drive at 400Khz.

Changing frequency should have no effect on distance traveled. something else is wrong.

The dm542 likely can't do that high frequency. Tried to look up the datasheet but I see no mention of the freq.limit.
Try 100kHz or 50kHz to see if that works with that drive.

It can if step pulses can't go through in the drive and get lost.

On z axis is working up to 200 khz , but when i activate soft limits the axys are only 80% walking , i mean x and y ask me after i travel about 80 -90 percent that soft limits are reached , if i put on 400khz softlimits work ok , not stop before it have to reach point of end axys -x or +y .
The distances are all ok , only softlimits are not ok , travel stops before reaching the correct point , if i make calibrate at 200 khz , the axys move what i put in axis calibration , i mean if i put 100mm the axys travel 100mm .
The problem is with activated softlimit at 200khz stop before reaching the right limit stop , witch i put in software , it works ok only at 400khz .

Then it sounds like your softlimits are set incorrectly.

If the softlimits are set incorectly , why they work ok when i select 400khz on settings ?

If you have problems only when you select 200kHz then there is another problem, not connected to pulsing. Try to structure the fault finding and not jump all over, changing too many things back an forth.

Keep the 200kHz settings. You have no use for 400kHz anyway and your drivers can't handle that.
You need to post more data about your axis setup. Post a screen capture of X, Y and Z settings.
