Well, it is a significant amount of money to spend and then not have it working for 180+ days.

Sin_Arms has been pretty patient and low key up until now (you can see his other posts in this forum), but I guess he has had enough.

Yeah too bad.

My new FL300 is a beast of a machine! Its crazy fast and accurate, about the same $ as the tormach SPL, but so much more of a machine.

I will say that Kade from Smithy/Automate has been awesome. I actually emailed him last night (Fri) at about 9pm, he responded within about 10 minutes. And even followed up, his email was from 3am!

That is pretty good customer service to me.

Also, note that sin_arms machine is not the same builder as the rest of them. The Z-mat machines are true 5hp Servo spindles, and the build quality seems excellent.
