My Mill is a 2012 Haas Vm2. I have been having an issue with the controller. After I would run a part, I would go to set up a new part. I would be setting the G offsets with my reinshaw probe. The offset "work" section on the screen would not let me go to the right to set which direction I wanted the probe to travel and how much, and wouldn't let me go to the left if I wanted to manually punch in numbers for the XYZ in that specific G offset. Tried going in and out of the Offset screen, but was still stuck. Only way to "fix" it was to restart the mill. It used to only do this on occasion, but today it was doing it after every part.

Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like that may be a software issue. Call your dealer

What software version do you have? Also you should use the VQC feature to see if that is a work around until you can get a tech at your shop.

So what was the outcome of this problem? Please report back that way we all learn.
That issue would drive me insane.

Had a tech come out and update the software. The tech called Haas and talked to one of their software guys and they had never seen this issue before. Seemed to go away after software update. It did happen once a few weeks ago, but was not able to get it to reproduce the glitch.
