    FL300-II C Axis testing.

    I was playing around with the C Axis and the Custom Siemens Mill-Turn Post for Fusion and discovered a few things.

    To make the post processor work in the posted code you must:

    Remove all ref’s to SETMS

    Remove G97 M2=xxxx

    Remove any reference to “Y” axis

    Remove “TRANSMIT” and “TRAFOOF”

    In Fusion: Keep Smoothing ON and Tolerance Loose

    I also deleted a lot of the C axis moves that weren't associated with another move, as the post seems to produce micro motion of the C axis.

    I attached the code I am testing to produce the video.

    Also I attached the post processor in case anyone wants to edit it.

    Here is the C axis actually working:





    I am not certain if the jerkiness is due to the programming (most likely).

    Im guessing that since I know knothing about CNC not to buy the machine so if ive to delve into the fiddle with it to make it work ?
