WHY DO I HAVE SUCH A HARD TIME WITH SPLINES

HI, I am working in tubrocad to biesseWorks. I am having to connect the letters I am working with by chain a poly-line just to get it to work. Which it doesn't always do. I receive a dfx file on Turbocad and I layer it there. Then I send it to BiesseWorks and pocket my letters but the fact that they are splines to start out with it causes me a lot of problems. Is there any other way to do this.

A lot of factor can cause this ... one of them can be the diameter of the tool you are using to do the job ... if you can send me your .bpp as well as your dxf files i'm gonna take a look at them ... maybe in a pm you can send me

yes as what i have see on the dxf file is what i have suspect ... in the letter you have too sharp angle so the tool check the letter ''r p a g" where the 2 lines meet each other ... Click image for larger version.
